A super quick and delicious rice bowl based on the spam musubi. Easy to make and delicious. Feel free to add more veggies or protein to hit whatever nutrition goals you want.

Cook rice per the package instructions. I always recommend a rice cooker
Once the rice is almost done, dice a can of spam into cubes
Chop your green onions separating the whites and the greens
Heat up a frying pan and add oil and spam and green onion whites once the pan is hot
Cook for a few minutes until the spam is browned
Add garlic, soy sauce, and brown sugar into the pan
Cook for a few more minutes and turn off the heat once the meat is cooked
Start your bowl with a serving of rice
Add in spam, green onion greens, and furikake. Feel free to also add a fried egg or additional seaweed. I also like to eat this with kewpie mayo and some sriracha if you are feeling like you need a bit more of a sauce.
