Lemony, buttery, garlicky, savory, spicy. You know her, you love her. This recipe and its variants have been huge online for a while. Here is my version. I recommend topping this with veggies, meat, cheese or whatever you want!

Cook Time15 minsTotal Time15 mins

 1 Pack Dried Gnocchi
 2 tbsp Garlic
 4 tbsp Gochujang
 3 tbsp Miso Paste
 2 tbsp Butter
 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
 2 tbsp Water
Optional Toppings
 Vegetables
 Cheese
 Sesame Seeds

1

Heat pan and add butter. Let the butter sit in the heat for a minute or so to brown

2

Pan fry the gnocchi for a 2-3 minutes

3

Add butter to pan and add in garlic and any other herbs that you would like. Personally I just stick with garlic

4

Add in miso paste, gochujang, and water. Stir to incorporate sauce and mix evenly.

If you aren't a fan of spicy feel free to reduce the gochujang and add more miso but the spiciness really doesn't feel to strong as listed.

5

Keep pan frying for a for more minutes to finish cooking the gnocchi and thicken up the sauce. The gnocchi should only need around 6-8 minutes but don't really overcook easily.

6

Top with whatever you would like and serve. I like to add pan fried vegetables, sesame seeds, and cheese. You can also add in meat here as well.
