 ½ cup Peanut Butter
 ½ cup Chocolate Chips
 ¼ cup Honey
 ¼ cup Milk/Water
 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
 2 tbsp Shredded Coconut (optional)
 1 tbsp Flax Seeds
 8 g Protein Powder (1 scoop)
 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
 ½ tsp Cinammon

1

Put all the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix until combined.

2

Add in all remaining ingredients and stir until the mixture holds its shape. If it seems dry then add in more honey, peanut butter or water/milk. If the mixture is wet then add in more of the dry ingredients.

3

Split the mixture into chunks and roll them to form a ball around 1 inch in diameter. Repeat until finished. If the mixture seems to sticky to mold then put it in the fridge for a bit and come back to it later.

4

Once all the balls have been made store this in the fridge and wait a bit before eating so the shape gets set.

Enjoy! These should last up to a week or so in the fridge and can be frozen for longer.
